Variation to funding contract/agreement

Over the duration of a project changes in circumstances may necessitate a Variation of the Funding Contract/Agreement.

A Variation of Funding Contract/Agreement must be requested through the Research Office or equivalent unit of the Administering Organisation. Forms are available for the following variation requests:

  • Request for Change of Personnel (Including Industrial Partner/Collaborating Organisations/Contributing Organisations)

  • Request for Maternity Leave (Including Further Suspension and/or Part-Time Return to Work)

  • Request for Deferred Start, Part-Time Work and/or Suspension of Fellowship

  • Request for Transfer of Project

  • Changes to APAI - APAI Funding

Your Research Office will advise you on applying for any other variations.
